Young Home In Need Of Roomie :)$140.00 per week in Tibrogargan Drive, Narangba,QLD

My sister and I are looking for male or female aged between 17-25 preferably to move in as soon as possible for $140/week including electricity.
My home is located about 20 minute’s easy walk from Narangba train station. It’s backed onto a spacious park and is a 15 min drive from shops. It is a non-furnished bedroom big enough to fit a bed and some furniture; it also includes a built-in cupboard. If you do have extra furniture we do have space for it downstairs as we do not use the garage for parking, although there is space for parking if you have a car.
I have recently bought a puppy pug so pets are welcome.
I don’t have huge expectations for the person who moves in. Mainly I would like a person who cleans up after themselves and pays rent on time. My sister and I are fairly relaxed so an easy going person would be preferred.
